DELIVERY COSTS
Please try all footwear on at home with socks. If you do not like them for any reason, you can return them for a different size, or a full refund. Your shoes must be in perfect condition, appropriate for selling to another customer. Regrettably, if they have been worn outside or are not in re-saleable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund or an exchange.
Please use the 'return-slip' that was sent along with your order.
Please package the shoes and not write on the box as this increases cost and waste, and often the original packaging can be reused.
Customers must pay to return the goods to us. We will send out a second replacement pair (of the same style but different size) at no extra postage cost (UK only). Overseas customers must also pay return postage. We will charge the card used for the original order unless instructed otherwise.
SIZES
Please note that sizes can vary from style to style. The size stated is that of the ‘last’ used by the factory to make the shoe, but include sizing recommendations in an item’s description where we have feedback from customers who have found that a particular style runs smaller or larger than they would expect. Regrettably, we cannot guarantee that a shoe will fit the same as another of the same size in a different brands that you already have!
PAYMENT
All orders are to be paid in UK pounds (GBP). Credit card orders automatically convert into UK Pounds.
We currently use ‘STRIPE’ to manage our card transactions. We do not manage or hold any card payment information ourselves.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders using a ‘signature on delivery’ service within 3 days (UK and international), with most orders arriving with UK customers within 5 working days of ordering and EU customers within 7 days of ordering.
Please allow 14 days for delivery in the UK and the EC and 28 days for other overseas, as it is common for shipping companies to request this length of time before they can investigate lost/un-delivered packages. Customers will be contacted if items are out of stock.
REFUND POLICY
We are happy to issue a full refund for goods returned unworn and in re-sellable condition within 28 days. At Christmas time this 28 days is extended until the 15th of January for items bought from the 15th of the previous November.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT
Overseas customers may need to pay local customs duties/taxes,
usually calculated as a percentage of the package value, and are fully
responsible for these costs.
If returning goods to us from outside the EU, please ensure you write ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on the parcel, so as not to incur additional duties/taxes/costs. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning goods to us.
VARIATIONS
Whilst we make every effort to ensure details are correct on our website, sometimes there are variations. We try to capture our products so as to show the best likeness, but screens vary and colours may occasionally vary slightly from the pictures. Sometimes there may be minor differences between the photo and the item you receive due to slight variations in the materials used at the factories. Prices may change without notice.

Our website uses “cookies”. Cookies enable you to use shopping baskets and to personalise your experience on our site.
If you want to disable cookies please check with your web browser provider to find out how to do so as all browsers vary, and the process changes over time.
Because cookies are used throughout our website, disabling them may prevent you from using certain parts of the site.
These Terms and Conditions are a contract between you and us. Neither of us intend that these Terms and Conditions will be enforceable by any other person by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. These Terms and Conditions and all communications between us will be conducted in the English language. The laws of England and Wales apply to these Terms and Conditions. If any disputes arise between you and us (for example, in relation to your order) and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so in the courts of England and Wales.
