Acre is a very small British footwear brand committed to
making high-quality, cruelty-free and fairly-manufactured footwear in a mixture
of classic and modern styles.
Being vegan ourselves and strong advocates of slow fashion,
fair trade and clean production, we have never and will never use animal
products or sweatshop labour.
We design our footwear here in the UK and they are hand-made
under clean and fair working conditions by skilled craftspeople at a few small
independent shoemaking factories in Portugal and Italy.
All of our footwear is currently made with the highest
quality European-manufactured PVC-free microfibre uppers currently available, which
we hand-pick and test to ensure that they look great and are durable and
comfortable too.
